I am so incredibly tired. It has been a heck of a week that is for sure! The kids are cranky, I am going on little sleep, family tragedy was really shocking...

but...

I did feel the baby kick last night :) and there was no question this time. So at 17 weeks and 1 day...first "real" kick. I am sure now the baby appreciates me poking my belly trying to feel it again HA HA

May 5th is the big ultra sounds day!! whooo hooo

#4 is on the way!

I had an ultrasound yesterday that revealed I was 11 weeks pregnant with our 4th child. Surprise!!! Again!!!

This will however be the last as this time..the tubes will be tied.

We are very excited and Justice took the ultrasound picture to school and to the walk in clinic last night (more on that later...) to tell everyone about his new baby :)

Here is our little bean. The weeks listed is incorrect as that was the Dr.'s guess upon examination...

Mass Update...

Justice: Justice has been officially diagnosed with ADHD. This is his 3rd week on medications and all I can say is WOW! He is sleeping again...yay...his handwriting and coloring has improved GREATLY and he sat down and watched an ENTIRE movie...fabulous. I sat and watched him watch the movie it was amazing...mouth open staring into TV space...never has that happened...every kid should be able to do that every once in a while!

Savannah: Savannah has GREATLY improved. She is still in feeding, speech and occupational therapy. As well as being seen by an Early Interventionist at the house. She is really starting to talk a lot! She is a HAM! She has lots of crazy quirks about her...sensory related mostly...she has to have her shoes on..the wrong feet...all the time. She does not want to eat hardly ANYTHING that isn't crunchy, white, and well...bread. She has this strange thing with her feet...she drops to the floor saying oweeee oweeee...and takes her shoes and socks (IF she has them on) off..rubs her feet and puts her shoes on...repeat...
She is now aware of her urinating ... oh fun...but...she SCREAMS when she pees and yells...ow ow ow ow like it is hurting...no there is nothing medically wrong...she just is interpreting uncomfortableness with pain. Long long potty training road ahead....

Marcus: Marcus is FINALLY gaining some weight :) At his 1 year appt. today he weighed in at 18 lbs 11 oz. and 28 3/4 inches short...I mean..tall... :D He is eating a little now and will drink from a sippy cup. Although you have to watch him because he will unscrew the lid and spill it EVERYWHERE!!! His iron levels are up a little but still nt where they should be. Baby steps..as long as they are forward moving I am GOOD!

Momma and Dadda are all fine...completely exhausted...but good.

We brought Jethro inside for a few minutes after the kids went to bed and he ended up wedged under the coffee table asleep :D Cute huh?

Jethro is our outdoor baby to watch over and protect us and our mini farm we have started :) The kids love him...well..except for Savannah who is having a difficult time adjusting due to some sensory issues. (not a fan of fur) It will be good for her in the end. Right now is tough though...desensitization is the best therapy and well he definitely is EXACTLY what she doesn't like..LOTS of fluff!

Savannah the Genius...

My 23 month old daughter decided she could count. She can count to 7. So proud. I have NO idea where she learned this. I asked everyone...she doesn't watch TV. So not there...must be listening to Justice when he does his homework!

Hard to believe she is in Early Intervention, OT/Feeding/Speech and "group" therapy!!!!

Lost a friend

We lost a friend today. Max. He wasn't feeling well on Saturday. Monday was Labor Day and the Vet was closed. Tuesday he was going to go to the vet around noon.

9 am. I went to the basement to do some laundry. Max looked sad. I went over to him and petted his head. I noticed something was very wrong. He was laying in his own urine. I RAN to the phone called my husband. No answer. I grabbed my husbands shirt and a towel I went down stairs, covered him and put his head on my husbands shirt.

He must have been waiting on me. He died. Right there in front of me. TERRIBLE.

I called my husband again. This was "his" dog. 13 years. Great friend. He will be missed.

Stressed

I always said that I hate to be bored...
Well...
I'm not!!!

Justice is having lots of non-stop behavior that of course is getting him in trouble and...already evaluated for ADHD. No...not surprised really AT ALL! I have also requested he get an independent eval...in case there are other issues..which personally I do believe there are...

Savannah is improving in most areas but the feeding...terrible!! She is so sensitive to any texture....it is becoming taxing to say the least! She is now talking... :D It is really cute ha ha finally!!! Her new thing is "GO AWAY!" Doesn't sound very nice but to hear her communicate is so amazing its hilarious! Even if she is being ugly...I love it :)

Marcus...he went for his 9 month check up and we found he is severely anemic :( They are pretty sure it is coming from his feeding issues...he is also...delayed. Once again we are looking at more therapy...ugh! Early Intervention has already been contacted...well actually...at Savannah's 12 month review I talked to our coordinator...and signed the papers this past Monday...now we wait on an eval. At the very minimum he will be in feeding therapy but PT is looking pretty evident as he isn't crawling...or trying to pull up etc...just sits...

I made the mistake last night of making Justice's "Mohawk" into an actual more realistic "Mohawk"...well...

he had to to to bed. Woke up...gone... so he BEGGED me to PLEASE PLEASE "fix" his hair...it ... "broke".

So I did....after he stopped jumping around playing air guitar (as he did last night) he then wanted me to take a picture...so here ya go!

Justice's BIG DAY!!

Today is Justice's first day of Kindergarten!!

We all got to take him to school. We sat in the cafeteria and helped him with his breakfast. We then walked him to his classroom and he was so excited!!!

His class room looks great. They had his stuff all ready for him!

He kept asking about his buddie...
Although, his buddie Mason wasn't in class today he was there this morning to drop of his brother! Justice was VERY excited to see him.

Next Wednesday all the kids will be together and he can not WAIT!

Routine

I have really missed routine. Seems like Summer is SO crazy. Now, J wasn't in "school"' but he was in Pre-K so....he really had a routine and all was fairly well in the house. Summer came and OMG!!! Hell hath no fury as a bored child.

J starts Kindergarten tomorrow!!! They are breaking the Kindergarten in small groups and he happend to be in the first group. He only goes Wednesday ... then not again until next Wednesday...then...School begins!

I am SO excited....and so is he.

I know...I should cry and be upset and apprehensive and maybe you may think I am a bad mom ..BUT! I am not. I am THRILLED!! Not because he is going to be away but because he will be busy. I can not...I am just not capable of giving him ALL that he needs in a day. This child NEEDS to be busy. VERY busy. With 2 babies at home...I try but I can't fulfill his insatiable NEED to be constantly busy.

Excitement fills the air!

He can't wait to go and I just got finished embroidering his name on fabric that I made into a patch and heat adhered to his "crayon bag". He will see it in the morning :)

Patrick has taken the morning off and we all will be taking him to school, eating breakfast at the school with him and seeing him off to his class.

HOW EXCITING!!!

I will be sure to take pics and be on the lookout for routine to set in and blog to be enlighten...ahhhh...I miss me time...Will I regain it???? Damn I hope so!

My baby girl has improved so much! She is now testing around 7-10 months...globally. Therapy has REALLY helped her A LOT!!!! She is finally eating table foods and is cruising along furniture.

She has always said Da-Da-Da that sound...and will say DA-DA! As soon as she sees her Daddy ;) That is it!!!! No other words... :(
Well a month ago she begin to babble which has been fabulous...She turned 17 months old on the 25th and yesterday she FINALLY said MOMMA!!!! I don't know if she is associating it with me or not and at this point I could care LESS! That simple word coming out of that beautiful child's mouth was enough to make her Momma cry.

Think back....your child is 8 months old babbling up a storm...says Ma-ma and it is the greatest thing ever right??? Well now think about waiting and waiting and worrying she isn't EVER going to talk to you and finally she blurts it out! MOMMA!!! MOMMA MOMMA !!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!

Now don't get me wrong the girl can communicate! You REALLY know when she is unhappy! She signs...

4 months later...

WOW! Time gets away from you when you have 3 little ones....

So yes it has definitely been awhile ;)

Things to say the least a busy. Justice is out of school this week for Spring break and Monday at 11 am is already bored out of his mind!

Savannah is at school (therapy) and making progress ... HUGE progress.

Marcus is growing and fantastically beautiful.

Introducing Marcus Kent Googer

Marcus arrived via c-section on Wednesday November 28th at 1:29pm!
He is a healthy beautiful baby boy! He was born weighing 6 pounds 14 oz and 19 3/4 inches long. He is a TINY little man :)

Today My Life Will Change

Today is the day! I can't believe that is came so quickly. Today we will add another beautiful child to the family. Savannah my little one will no longer be the "baby" at just 13 months old. However, I have a feeling she will ALWAYS be my little baby girl.

The baby is due to arrive via c-section at 12:30 today. We are so anxious! This little "surprise baby" has pleasantly caught us COMPLETELY off guard and I am afraid that he will always ;)

We are still debating about names....just can NOT come to a conclusion. Yet another surprise I suppose!

Update will come soon!! Off to the hospital for yet another birthday party!

Baby Countdown!!!!!

WOW! TO see the countdown like that is CRAZY! I can not believe there is such little time left until we have another little one in the house. I am scared to death! HA!

The baby is due to arrive Wednesday November 28th 12:30 eastern by repeat c-section. Thankfully my parents will be here to care for Savannah and Justice. HOPEFULLY Savannah will be better than ever for them. If not...Patrick will be coming home at night when she is at her worst. IF my parents call. Which they probably won't. You can be sure I will be calling to check on them though!

So much to do and so little time and yet here I sit exhausted and not wanting to move....

Waiting for the burst of energy....clock is ticking....I don't think it coming :)

Sick Sick Sick

EVERYONE is SICK!

Savannah has been sick for weeks. Nothing but cold symptoms. Justice was VERY sick Monday. Went to the Dr. Savannah with the exception of a cough checked out fine. Justice had a NASTY ear infection....still. So, Justice is on an antibiotic which is NOT agreeing with his tummy at all. He will be on it for 21 days!! He is also back on Singulair and cough medicine. He is STILL coughing something terrible.

Savannah....woke up in the middle of the night Monday with 103 temp. back to the doctor on Tuesday...again....she has croup. They gave her a one time dose to help her breathing and the croup was all but gone on Wednesday! She now has just the cold....still. She has a terrible junky sounding cough, and is G-R-U-M-P-Y!!!!!! Her fever is gone and now we have the beutiful shade of green constatly running from her face :)

Monday if she is not better...we will be back at the doctor. it has been over 2 weeks and no relief. Something has to give. Sinus infection maybe? This long you would think it is no longer..."Just a cold"

Wednesday bay #3 arrives...Mr. No Name Googer ....yep you got it right! NO NAME!! Isn't that terrible? I am a nervous wreck about it. It is only the name that will follow him around for the rest of his life. Why can't I just throw something out there?? :)

I hope and PRAY everyone including DH and I who are suffering from the cold junk too are well by Wednesday! 5 more days!! YIKES!

Gobble Gobble!

Bath Time=TERROR!

Savannah has NEVER had a HUGE issue with bath time. As a newborn she didn't really like it but didn't protest much. Just fussed.

We went for her OT evaluation last week and one of the things they asked me was how she liked bath time. I simply said and without thinking. She does great now but hated it before. Since she has been able to sit up (8 months old) she has been just fine in the bath.

NOT ANYMORE!!!

This past week has been TERRIBLE!

I have to get everything ready...bath ran ...water off...baby naked...soap reachable...towel on the floor waiting.

and....GO!

Put baby in and she SCREAMS. She reaches for me and cries and cries. It is terrible. She acts like the water is burning her flesh off of her little body. I can bathe this child in less than a minute now. I grab her wrap her up and hold her until she calms down. I feel horrible. She has no idea why I insist on torturing her in the bath tub. it breaks my heart. I hate it....

I asked PT on Monday if things got worse? It seems to be with Savannah. She used to take a bath, eat baby food and even began eating a few finger foods....

Now...no baby food, no sippy cup, only bottle. SCREAMS through the bath which never bothered her before and still....seems to HATE night time.

PT said that OT would be better suited to answer that question but she did say that its a BIG roller coaster. Things will get better than not again...she also said that as she is moving more...new fears will come to play such as bathing etc.

I hope that this is short lived because it is a terrible feeling.

After her bath last night it RUINED the entire evening. She SCREAMED, punched, kicked, hit and if I put her down it was worse....I held her for hours waiting for my husband to get home. By the time he walked through the door....I was in tears. Justice was watching a movie totally oblivious (thankfully). DH took over until she wanted me again and was reaching for me. I took her, a deep breath and started all over....she finally passed out around 10pm. At 4 am. She was back up crying and coughing. Gave her some meds and snuggled with her in our bed until 630 when our day started.

It is 1230 now and I think...she is finally taking a much needed nap.

I soooo worry about how the new baby is going to affect her.

Sick again?

Finally Savannah has begun to sleep and then last night...up all night crying :(

I got up and put her in bed with us and she fussed on and off all night. Her crazy night ritual is exhausting alone although I have been VERY happy I have found something that gives her a way to wind down other than kicking, screaming and punching me for 3 hours until she passes out or throws up.

Savannah's night time routine:
She takes her meds to help her sleep...
About 9-10pm we go to my room and I lay on our king size bed with her total darkness and she commences to roll over....sit up...throw herself backwards...roll over... sit up...throw herself backwards...she will do this for anywhere from 30minuts to an hour and a half! She does it non-stop...I just lay there little to no contact no talking no touching. Unless she gets stuck and can't sit up and starts to fuss. Then I gently help her and let her go at it. Eventually she tires herself out and falls asleep. I wait 10-20 minutes pick her up and put her in bed. Until last night she has been sleeping until 6 am! HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!! That lasted LESS than a week....

Hopefully last night was a fluke and tonight we will get back on schedule. We have all had these NASTY colds and I am hoping that she isn't getting sick again. We are all still coughing....and its been 2 weeks now!

This week Savannah had PT on Monday and it did NOT go well. ST canceled...the speech therapist was sick. Wednesday I had my second to last appointment!!!! Baby will be here the 28th!

Justice is doing WONDERFUL in his new preschool. He absolutely loves it. Never wants to leave :) His newest girlfriend Jessica ;) This school is GREAT and his teachers are wonderful!

Savannah's QUICK Run Down

Savannah never rolled over, sat up or even ate baby food on schedule. I was worried about her starting at 6 months old. She was a healthy full term baby. Breastfed until I could no longer bf her due to lack of milk supply when I became pregnant again for the 3rd time. She was fully weaned, much to my displeasure, at 6 months. At her 6 month appointment we really noticed that she wasn't meeting ANY of her milestones. Savannah finally sat on her own at 8 months but still couldn't pull herself to a sitting position. She didn't have much interest in toys etc. At her 9 month check up the Pediatrician referred her to Tennessee Early Intervention. She was evaluated by 2 people and both agreed she qualified for services. She has since been evaluated and began by Physical Therapy, Speech (Feeding) Therapy and Occupational Therapy. She was finally officially diagnosed by the OT this past week with Sensory Modulation Disorder which is a branch of Sensory Integration (Processing) Disorder. She Now is scooting on her bottom and taken interest in the world :) She says Da-Da. She has quit eating baby food and refuses to take anything but a bottle. She has been switched from formula to Pediasure and that is her sole nutrition. She does however LOVE Cheese puffs which is the ONLY food we can get her to eat other than her bottle although we have to watch her very closely because she has difficulty swallowing and still gags and chokes.

She is making improvement and is such a BEAUTIFUL little girl. I love her to pieces.

To get you all acquainted with my life....
I am a WAHM I run www.CutiePieClippies.com I have been a SAHM since my 4 year old son was born. My husband is my beast friend and the love of my life. He works VERY hard to give us what we need. I have a 4 year old son Justice. He is a very active and smart little boy who LOVES to give him Momma hell : ) He is in preschool and doing great.
I also have a little girl Savannah who turned 1 October 25th. She is a beautiful little girl who recently was diagnosed with Sensory Modulation Disorder. We are also expecting our surprise baby on November 28th! This one will be another little boy :)
